For years, my friends Neil, Mahita and I would find ourselves in deep conversations about courage, change, healing, the inner parts of ourselves, and what it means to live more fully. We would always say afterwards: “we should really be recording this!” So one day, we jumped onto a Zoom and decided to try.
Of course, saying it and doing it turned out to be two very different things. Between the three of us there were busy diaries to juggle, technical skills to learn, and more than a few delays.
But two years after that very first conversation, it’s finally here: The Self-Actualiser Podcast.
We don’t come in as experts with all the answers, just as three people curious about what it means to become more ourselves. The episodes are a mix of reflection, honesty, and the kind of conversations that don’t usually get recorded.
There are three episodes out already, plus a short guided meditation. It feels like a real milestone for us, and we’re proud of what we’ve created together.
