As a coach or therapist, you’re required to evidence CPD each year. But CPD is more than logging hours, it’s a chance to renew inspiration and reconnect with your own depth.
Ground & Rise® Tarot Coaching offers a reflective, relational experience where we explore the tarot symbolically and psychologically. Working with archetypes in this way brings insight that can deepen both your self-understanding and your client work.
Together, we’ll use the cards as companions in self-enquiry – a grounded, accessible way to integrate reflection, intuition, and professional growth.
This isn’t about prediction, but about reflecting on inner experience, potential and relationship to self.

What it is:
A relational coaching space for your own self-reflection
A guided process using tarot imagery to access unconscious material
A chance to experience Self in relation to self, to other, to creativity, and to the Great Mystery
A structured, documented process you can log as CPD hours
What it is not:
Not supervision – no client case material is discussed
Not training to read tarot for clients
Not fortune-telling: this is imaginal, symbolic, and psychological

Format: Fortnightly 1:1 sessions
Duration: Minimum 3 months, then rolling onwards
Session length: 60 minutes each
Location: online or North London
Exchange: *LAUNCH OFFER* £70 payable each session (min. £420 commitment)

Contact time: 12 hours (over 3 months)

Reflection time: Practitioners are encouraged to log additional journalling and reflective notes after each session.

Certificate: Issued after 3 months, with hours clearly listed and learning objectives included.

Ground & Rise® Tarot Coaching is offered as a self-reflective coaching experience. It is not supervision and does not involve discussion of client material.
This CPD develops your self-awareness, reflective practice, and professional presence -areas recognised as essential to ongoing development by BACP, UKCP, NCPS, and EMCC.
We provide a certificate of completion listing contact hours and learning outcomes. Acceptance of CPD hours is at the discretion of your accrediting body.

Format: Fortnightly online sessions (60 minutes)

Fee: *LAUNCH OFFER* £70 payable each session

Minimum commitment: 3 months (6 sessions) = £420, payable £70 each session
This three-month foundation ensures enough depth for the process to unfold and for you to log meaningful CPD hours.
To begin, simply book your 20-minute discovery Zoom call. If you choose to begin you’ll receive confirmation and an invoice covering the three-month minimum (payable £70 each session). After that, you may continue on a rolling contract.
I developed the Ground & Rise® approach through my Master’s research, integrating psychosynthesis psychology with Tarot to create a structured and reflective framework for working with archetypes and self-enquiry.
My work is trusted by professional coaches, therapists and facilitators who want to bring depth and integrity to their practice. I deliver CPD workshops for accredited bodies across the coaching and wellbeing field.
I am an EMCC-accredited life and leadership coach, a psychosynthesis psychologist and an advanced Tarot practitioner with over two decades of business leadership experience.
In 2025, I was a finalist in the Complementary Medical Association’s Rising Star Awards, recognising the growing respect for Tarot as a credible and psychologically grounded tool for reflective practice.
